Ron Barnes is a senior partner of McCauley, Nicolas & Company, LLC, and President of Capital Asset Management, LLC. He is a Colonel (retired) in the U.S. Army Reserves.

Ron has over 30 years experience in public accounting and concentrates in taxation, mergers and acquisitions, financial and estate planning, and general business consulting for a broad spectrum of industries. He earned a Certificate of Education Achievement in Personal Financial Planning (PFS) from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) in 1995.
